This Fraud Awareness Center is designed to help you understand the various types of fraud, how to protect yourself, and what steps to take if you suspect or fall victim to fraudulent activity.


Protecting Your Credit Union Account

  • Pheple FCU employs advanced fraud detection systems to monitor your accounts for suspicious activity, including automated text messages or phone calls to verify questionable transactions. As a reminder, we will never ask you for your PIN or full account number when we contact you.

  • We encourage members to maintain safe practices, report any unusual activity promptly, and contact us with any concerns.

What if I think my information may have been exposed?

If you believe your information may have been exposed, please contact us immediately:

  • During business hours, please call (724) 834-5580, option 3 to reach our Cards Department.

  • After business hours, please call (833) 990-0804 to reach our after-hours dedicated debit card call center.

  • You can also control access to your debit card right through our Mobile App or Online Banking:

    • In the App: Simply sign into the App, tap "More", then "Card Control", and follow the steps to temporarily disable your debit card.

    • In Online Banking: Sign into Online Banking and toggle your card on or off in the Cards widget on the right side.
