Online Banking
Logging into Online Banking for the first time
Have you previously signed in and are locked out? Click here.
Click the “Online Banking Login” button at the top of any page on our website.
For your first time accessing Online Banking, use the following username and password:
username: your member number
password: the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and the 4 digit year you were born (ex. if your SSN is 123-45-6789 and your birthday is 01/01/1980, your temporary password would be 67891980)Follow the instructions to set up a permanent password and security questions.
Important: You will need to answer one security question each time you log into Online Banking, so please make sure you know your answers.When you see your accounts listed, you are in!
Helpful hint: A strong password is one that is at least eight characters with a combination of upper and lower case letters, numeric characters, and special characters.
Mobile App
Downloading and logging into the Mobile App for the first time
Have you previously signed in and are locked out? Click here.
Search “Pheple FCU” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet.
If you’ve already logged into Online Banking, use the username and password you created.
If you have not already logged into Online Banking, use the following username and password:

Our Mobile App had additional authentication options if you do not want to enter your username and password each time you log in. You can set them up by tapping “Sign In” and then choosing the round icons at the bottom of your screen. Options include:
Voice Authentication
PIN - use a 4 digit number
Face ID or Thumbprint (depends on your device capability)
Locked out?
If you have previously signed in successfully and get locked out for any reason, you are able to reset yourself by using the “Forgot Password” link at Online Banking log in or on the Sign In screen of the Mobile App.
You do not need to contact the Credit Union to be reset unless you forget the answers to your security questions.
