Board Nomination Notice
Dear Credit Union Members,
The Annual Meeting and Election of the Credit Union will be held on April 16, 2025, at Gianilli’s II, 4816 Route 30, Greensburg, PA at 5:30 p.m. In accordance with the Credit Union’s Bylaws, the Secretary hereby submits the following Annual Election Notice:
There are two (2) terms expiring on the Board of Directors.
The following incumbent Director has been re-nominated for election by the Nominating Committee:
Daniel Stevens - 3-year term
The following incumbent Associate Director has been nominated for election by the Nominating Committee:
Jennielynn McClimans - 3-year term
Per Article V, Section 2 of Pheple Federal Credit Union's Bylaws, an election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. At the Annual Meeting and Election on April 16, 2025, all persons nominated by the Nominating Committee shall be placed before the Members for a vote.
